What is the place of artificial intelligence in the world of training? This is what Pascal Cerezo, HN Services Training Director, tries to answer.

“Covid has accelerated the use of digital. We now live in an era where technological advances have a considerable impact on our daily lives and on the professional world. With the emergence of artificial intelligence, new possibilities arise to improve our skills and our ability to work effectively. Training using artificial intelligence is one such possibility.

I was able to see at the last U-Spring show that training with AI is already there! More than 600 training professionals were present.

It allows companies and individuals to create personalized training programs, based on the needs and skills of each learner. By using machine learning algorithms. AI can analyze the performance of each learner. It also identifies gaps and suggests suitable training content, a method used for adaptive learning.

However, we must remain careful that the AI does not come to anesthetize the minds by producing a profusion of information without human accompaniment.

Also be sure to pay attention to the quality of the information given to him because as they say: Garbage In, Garbage Out! In other words, do not give him anything to “eat”, otherwise you will have anything.

It is clearly a promising future. We will benefit from a more effective training system. It can be done anytime and anywhere, depending on the needs and constraints of each individual. Companies can thus offer training programs that are more flexible and better suited to the needs of their employees. This allows everyone to progress at their own pace and also to pursue their own interests.

Additionally, training with AI can track learner progress in real-time, more accurately and in greater detail than with traditional training methods. Trainers can thus adapt their programs according to the needs and performance of each learner. This improves the quality of training and increases the chances of success.

Finally, it can help bridge the skills gap between labor market demands and current employee skills. By offering training programs adapted to the skills required, companies allow their employees to develop the skills necessary to meet current and future needs.

In conclusion, artificial intelligence is a powerful tool for improving skills and productivity. This allows everyone to evolve at their own pace and meet the needs of the labor market. By integrating AI into our training programs, we can improve the quality and relevance of training. And prepare workers to succeed in an ever-changing world. »
