Services has a long – standing tradition in COBOL training, either in professional reconversion, or completing the technical studies of youngsters issued from technical universities.

We are now already “celebrating” two years of remote recruiting and onboarding practices for new consultants at HN Services Romania. During this time, we developed our internal tools, own ways of attracting candidates and keeping them engaged and far and foremost, we have kept our motivation among ourselves and triggered innovation out of all processes.

We started our mission in Romania 15 years ago, as HGrup It Expert. Since the beginning, we have been attracted by the level of human competencies and the fact that Romania was in top 10 of international competencies in math and IT. The geographical distance, French speaking people and cultural similarities, made us think that we have found a second home for HN quite fast.

And yes, even for an IT company, we decided, like POG, whose real name is François Dequidt, to approach DC Covering to give our fleet of company vehicles a facelift. This is a new way for HN Services to communicate and, dare we say it, to get noticed!
